Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the CEO to develop Group’s digital strategy to ensure alignment with business goals
• Lead and manage the technical team and support of the overall development roadmap
• Discover, develop and implement digital strategy that yield competitive advantage

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Engineering/Automation/Management disciplines or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in PRC manufacturing environment, familiar with MES, ERP, APS
• Sound knowledge in big data, IT technology
• Good business acumen and result-driven
• Strong communication and people skills, able to build effective team that works well together
• Strong in leadership, proactive and fast responding
