Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide system support to existing customers
- Provide support in new projects including : system implementation and project management
- Vendor management
- Produce incident report on BAU services
- Provide project report during project implementation
- Response to customer requests and enquiries
- University degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experiences in support and management on IT infrastructures
- Hands-on experiences in Linux, MS Windows, SAN, Storage, Virtualization and Networking.
- Experienced in administration and implement of common Enterprise backup solution. E,g NetBackup, BackupEXE
- With knowledge on hyperV, VMWare and LDAP server, IT security knowledge is a plus
- Working experience for Government related project preferred
- Good team player
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
