Responsibilities:

• Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino email and application support and maintenance;

• Performing presentation support in conference room and auditorium for various seminar and event;

• Performing day-to-day LAN administration jobs, maintaining and performing troubleshooting of  Windows AD servers;

• Analyzing IT security alerts and conducting periodic patching;

• Supporting and troubleshooting standard office automation applications including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Windows and Office applications such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio, Adobe Acrobat and Flash, Java runtime;

• Disaster recovery skills on operating system and e-mail service;

• Monitoring and troubleshooting major brands of network switches and routers, such as Cisco/H3C/Foundry;

• Administrating and configuring Fortigate firewalls. Install SSL VPN on user  notebook; and scheduling of WiFi server and the WiFi access points for supporting internal staff and visitors;

• Supporting, troubleshooting, maintaining hardware & software in PCs/notebook, Mobile email on IOS/Android device, internet web servers’ and service. Print server configuration

• Supporting anti-virus software

• Hard disk cloning technique

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in ‘Information Technology’, ‘Computer Science’ or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ experience in support and maintenance of the administrative network and systems in the HKSARG
• Holder of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified Solution Expert (MCSE)
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
