Responsibilities

• Assist in the system requirement study and to work out the possible IT solutions to the business problems and the business stakeholders with full understanding of the implication and impact to business process
• Document the business and functional requirements for subsequent system implementation upon approval by business and IT stakeholders
• Conduct the data analysis and database design under the requirement domains with performance constraints and infrastructure constraints
• Implement the IT solution according to the agreed project schedule either through outsourcing or in-house development with proper testing to ensure the system performance and quality
• Provide on-going application system support and maintenance meeting our SLA
• Supervise & coach subordinates in both IT technical and application system aspect

Requirements

•  Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline
• 4-5 years of solid working experience in web based applications development with 1-2 years in a team leader role
• Proficiency in ASP.Net, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, Java/C#, C/C++, SQL and ER/Class Diagram is a must
• Experience of building a web based or mobile application from ground up
• Hands-on experience in Oracle database administration and ERP Implementation such as SAP/Oracle ERP preferred
• Experience of working with IT contractors for internal or outsource IT projects is an advantage
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Excellent writing and reporting skills
• Non-office hour mobile support is required
