Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Provide network support, backup and server monitoring.
Perform computer hardware, software setup and configuration.
Prepare operation log reports and other operation documentation.
Provide hardware / software installation, mobile device upgrade and maintenance.

Requirement & Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
3 years relevant experience
Hands-on experience in Microsoft OS, Windows server, Microsoft Azure, SQL server, VM, LAN/WAN networking.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
