The Role:

Looking for a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn about the latest technology to digitalize wealth management.

Responsibilities:

• Servicing the client support desk
• Resolve user inquiries
• Understand and analyze user business requirements
• Gather, interpret and document business and functional requirements
• Market data management and database administration
• Conduct on-site client training 
• Improve effectiveness and support of the platform 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Computer Science or a related field
• Knowledge in Python, JAVA, SAS or MySQL will be an advantage 
• Experience in the banking and asset management industry (preferred)
• Passionate about wealth management and great interest about how digital solutions can be applied to revolutionize the wealth management industry
• Great communicator, able to work with different teams within the company
• Problem solver with strong analytical skills and great attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and juggle various projects - excellent time management and organizational skills
• A self motivated individual, able to deliver with minimal supervision, whilst working effectively in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English (and Chinese a plus)
