Job Description
The Role:
Looking for a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn about the latest technology to digitalize wealth management.
Responsibilities:
- Servicing the client support desk
- Resolve user inquiries
- Understand and analyze user business requirements
- Gather, interpret and document business and functional requirements
- Market data management and database administration
- Conduct on-site client training
- Improve effectiveness and support of the platform
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Computer Science or a related field
- Knowledge in Python, JAVA, SAS or MySQL will be an advantage
- Experience in the banking and asset management industry (preferred)
- Passionate about wealth management and great interest about how digital solutions can be applied to revolutionize the wealth management industry
- Great communicator, able to work with different teams within the company
- Problem solver with strong analytical skills and great attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and juggle various projects - excellent time management and organizational skills
- A self motivated individual, able to deliver with minimal supervision, whilst working effectively in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (and Chinese a plus)
