Major Responsibilities        

• Provide first-line IT support to users on hardware, software server and network problems
• Perform system (software, hardware, server and network) installation, maintenance and administration
• Maintain a proper hardware and software inventory
• Liaise with other department and IT vendors for purchase orders
  
  

Job Requirement

• 1-2 years’ experience (fresh graduate will be considered)
• Certificate or above in Information Technology
• Experience in IT system support, hardware installation, maintenance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a passion to serve and to achieve the highest customer satisfaction 
• Shift duty required
• Sound knowledge of PC, Windows, Mac, Basic Networking, Email and General Software
• Good troubleshooting and problem solving skill
