• Provide help desk and technical support for users
• Responsible for hardware & software installation and backup database
• Assist in system administration and network configuration
• Participate in  IT projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 1-2 years in-house experience in IT support or system administration
• Self-motivated, dynamics, enthusiastic, detail-minded and responsible
• Immediate available will be a great advantage
• Recent Graduate will be considered
