This position assists in monitoring the implementation, development and application of various finance systems across the group.

In this role, you will:

• assist in performing the system administrator role for the group’s finance systems to ensure all aspects including systems configurations, user rights set up, security and documentation are well maintained;
• contribute to the ongoing solution development and new projects by providing technical advice and support ensure successful and timely implementation and continued improvement/upgrade of the group’s finance system platforms;
• provide project management support in finance systems implementation/upgrade including the review of product delivered by system vendors and follow up with fixes and patches to be applied properly; facilitate communications between vendor and users on requirement clarifications and escalate potential issues to project manager and assist in preparing, updating and filing project documents with proper sign-off 

If you have:

• 8+ years of experience in commercial environment supporting the IT infrastructure of the finance and accounting functions;
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines,
• good business sense with strong analytical skills; outstanding organization, prioritization and time management skills, able to work under tight deadline and pressure
• fluent in English, spoken and written
