Our client is a large PRC Private Equity fund house. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible management companies' monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting
• Responsible the consolidated cash flow forecast statement
• Oversees in fund accounting matters
• Ensure the correctness and appropriateness of payment arrangement & bank reconciliation
• Ensure all necessary documents are prepared to fulfill the compliance and audit requirements
• Responsible for compliance with local legal/regulatory/tax requirements
• Involve in internal audit and other ad hoc tasks assigned
• Assist for oversea/local companies incorporation and bank account opening
• Liaise with the auditors on interim and annual audit preparation
• Liaise with banker and company secretary for compliance and statutory requirement 
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree/ postgraduate degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related subjects
• Holder of HKICPA/ ACCA/ CFA
• At least 8 - 10 years relevant experience in Asset Management/ Private Equity industry 
• Presentable with great interpersonal
• Excellent command in English, Cantonese and mandarin
