Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform transaction processing, accounts receivable payments, revenue collection, bank deposits, etc.
- Prepare receivable journal entries and accounting schedules
- Support in preparation of monthly AR reporting
- Handle general filing and administration work of Finance Department
- Assist in ad hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year accounts receivable experience. Candidates with background of financial investment industry together with knowledge in accounting system(MYOB) would be a definite advantage
- Be able to attend to details with good communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent and enjoy to work in fast-paced business environment
- Hands on experience in MS Office, in particular Excel
- Immediately available is highly preferable
