Job Description

 Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide friendly and efficient quality customer service to clients
  • Handle all incoming enquiries, order booking and shipment tracing in timely and accurately manner
  • Handle customers’ complaints and to provide appropriate solutions
  • Effectively identify customers’ need and feedback comment for service improvement
  • Establish good relationship with both existing and new clients

 

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education (English and Chinese passed in HKCEE and HKDSE)
  • More than 1 year’s customer service experiences, preferable work in phone center environment
  • Good command of both spoken and written Mandarin and English
  • Good interpersonal, listening and communication skills are expected
  • Be a good team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently
  • Basic PC knowledge and typing skill desirable
