Job Description
Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and efficient quality customer service to clients
-
Handle all incoming enquiries, order booking and shipment tracing in timely and accurately manner

Handle customers’ complaints and to provide appropriate solutions
-
Effectively identify customers’ need and feedback comment for service improvement
-
Establish good relationship with both existing and new clients
Requirements:
-
Post-secondary education (English and Chinese passed in HKCEE and HKDSE)
-
More than 1 year’s customer service experiences, preferable work in phone center environment
-
Good command of both spoken and written Mandarin and English
-
Good interpersonal, listening and communication skills are expected
-
Be a good team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently

Basic PC knowledge and typing skill desirable
