工作職責：

• 負責處理日常文書運作
• 負責管理客戶文件的前期準備及後續客戶服務
• 為客戶提供高質量的服務，發展良好客戶關係
• 執行上級分配的其他臨時職責

Responsibilities:                                                                               

• Be responsible for daily administrative operations
• Manage preparations and follow-up services for each documents
• Provide quality services to customers and develop excellent customer relationships
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

要求：

• 0-1年相關工作經驗，大專或以上程度
• 以客戶為導向，熱誠態度，積極主動 ，有責任感，細心，主動積極及有禮
• 流利普通話，基本英語和廣東話
• 熟練使用Microsoft Word，Excel和PowerPoint及中文文字處理。
• 即時入職將會優先考慮

Requirements:

• 0 to 1-year related working experience, High diploma, Associate Degree or above

• Customer oriented, enthusiastic & highly motivated. Be initiative, with positive working attitude, responsible, detail minded, self-motivated. Hardworking and dedicated, able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese. Fluent in speaking Mandarin is preferable
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability would be an advantage.
