Lead a team to provide training and coaching support to bank frontline sales team for an insurance group's banking partner in achieving the sales target.

 
Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of coach specialists to deliver training and coaching support to sales force in achieving sales target

• Develop, drive and execute sales & training plan and strategies

• Design and execute the training modules

• Work with business partners and internal stakeholders in the development of sales, marketing and product plans as well as other sales or training related projects and initiatives

• Build up relationship with banking partners and their sales force

To be considered for this role, you should ideally have:

• Possess valid insurance licence IIQE I & II is a must

• 5 years in bank or insurance, preferably with experience in medical insurance, or bancassurance

• Good interpersonal skill and people management experience is a must

• Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required. Mandarin is highly desirable.
