Responsibilities:

• Process, verify, adjudicate and compile reports on inpatient and outpatient medical claims in accordance with the Company’s standards and protocol.
• Liaise with medical service providers for claims pre-approval.
• Handle member enquiries and deliver quality claims services to clients and business units
• Assist in claims audit and review process for continuous improvement
• Participate in various ad hoc claims projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experiences in medical claims processing and adjudication.  Candidate with solid experience will be considered for the position of Senior Claims Officer
• Sound knowledge on medical insurance rules and benefit schemes
• Detail oriented with strong analytical mind and good customer services
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of speaking and writing English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
