The Requirements are:-

• Assist in pursuing profitable business growth and development of the branch and provide high standard service to agents, brokers and customers
• Assist in development for profitability and growth of business
• Develop company's targeted new business to all potential business sources
• Implement and comply with the Company's underwriting and credit control policies
• Maintain the operation standard in respect of policy document processing and complied with ISO standard requirements
• Handle and answer clients inquires effectively and efficiently
• Tertiary education or above, possessing or in progress of professional insurance qualification such as ACII or ANZIIF is preferred
• Min. 5 years' account management and sales experience preferably with experience in handling all classes of general insurance
• Good sales planning and sales drive with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proactive with high results achievement orientation and good team spirit
• Excelletnt command of both written and spoken English
• Hands on PC knowledge and skills in MS Office i.e. Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
