Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for handling daily claim cases, answering enquiries and providing claims support and services to the agents and customers, providing administration support to the department, and handling ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably with experience of claims administration support
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
