The Job:

• Lead a team to ensure all payment and card operational activities are in full compliance with both internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements
• Manage and monitor smooth operations of vendor-supported card system,  payment and card services and out-sourcing activities for card operations
• Review, develop and streamline the daily operational procedures and workflows of card operations to attain quality service enhancement and efficiency improvement
• Manage various reports, conduct evaluation and provide timely and accurate tracking on KPIs/SLAs
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure effective coordination, control and governance on daily operations
• Assist in ad-hoc project as assigned

The Person:

• Degree holder in IT, Operations or Business related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in cards/ banking/ payment operations and services with at least 3 years in supervisory level
• Hands-on experience on the areas of charge back and dispute, Vision Plus, risk assessment, audit, business continuity planning etc. is a strong advantage
• Keep abreast of cards/ banking technologies with strong business acumen
• Excellent negotiation, project management, interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated and capable to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
