5. 參與董事會的決策，執行董事會的決議
6. 定期向董事會報告業務，提交年度報告

8. 對外簽訂合約或處理業務
9. 任免公司的高層管理人員
10. 樹立公司品牌

薪金:面議

Responsibilities

Oversee the company's day-to-day operations;
Oversee the Company’s compliance with all statutory duties imposed on it under the relevant legislation, rules and regulations;
Oversee the liaison with all regulatory authorities and organizations on all matters relating to the Company;
Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies and procedures to support overall company policies and objectives;
Contribute to the development of the Company’s strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the organization;
Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the Group Managing Director informed of all critical issues; Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Degree holder or above in relevant discipline;
At least 10 years of relevant experience
Excellent knowledge in listing rules, accounting standards, legal and compliance requirements;
Result-oriented and adaptable to rapid changing environment;
Strategic thinking, broad business perspectives and strong management skills;
Mature team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must.
