Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior executives and their teams to understand information requirements and to ensure the Business Intelligence strategy and solutions are aligned with business needs
• Develop and maintain the data integration process, procedures and reporting framework
• Support analytical projects to identify business opportunities and areas of improvement of the organization and translate business challenges and opportunities into proposition for data analysis
• Ensure credibility by providing timely and accurate analyses of business performance
• Follow headquarter's established policies and procedures for solution development 

Requirements

• University degree holder or above in Business Administration, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 -8 years’ working experience in data analysis, preferable in retail or FMCG 
• Proficient in SAS, SQL or Excel VBA
• Knowledge of unsecured lending product and big data processing tools / programming languages is an advantage
• Proficient in spoken and written English 
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and project management skills
