责任

• 主持财务报表及财务预决算的编制工作，为公司决策提供及时有效的财务信息；
• 建立、健全区域公司财务管理体系，对财务部门的日常管理、年度预算、资金运作等进行总体控制；
• 对区域公司重大的投资、融资、并购等经营活动提供建议和决策支持，参与风险评估、指导、跟踪和控制；
• 与财政、税务、银行、证券等相关政府部门及会计师事务所等相关中介机构建立并保持良好的关系。

要求

• 本科及以上学历，研究生优先考虑，会计、金融类相关专业；中级以上职称，注册会计师(CPA)、注册税务税（CTA）优先；
• 15年以上相关工作经验， 8年以上财务总监工作经验；
• 对资产管理，投资，直接投资或私募股权业务有丰富的知识
• 流利的普通话是一个强大的优势。

  Responsibilities

• Presided over the preparation of financial statements and financial budget accounts to provide timely and effective financial information for company decisions;
• Establish and improve the regional company's financial management system, and conduct overall control over the daily management of the financial department, annual budget, and fund operation;
• Provide advice and decision support for major investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions of regional companies, and participate in risk assessment, guidance, tracking, and control;
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with related government agencies such as finance, taxation, banking, securities, and accounting firms.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• 15 years of relevant work experience, more than 8 years of experience as a financial controller
• Strong knowledge in asset management, investment, direct investment or private equity business
• Fluent Mandarin is a strong advantage
