The role is to lead an expanding marketing team to drive marketing activity and campaigns through leadership initiatives in supporting business development and expansion. The professional will also work with the General Manager and the sales team to develop business initiatives, enhance position of number of brands and manage the commercial expansion.

Job Description

• Lead a team of brand managers/executives to prepare and execute strategic marketing plans with review and forecast on sales and gross profit
• Establish pricing strategies with close monitoring on costs and selling prices
• Propose, monitor and control spending within budget with detailed analysis on ROI and promotion effectiveness
• Work closely with supply chain to achieve high standard of inventory management
• Team work with sales professionals to analyze market trends and consumer needs to identify marketing opportunities for both existing and new product development
• Build and maintain close working relationship with overseas principals for high service standard and long-term partnership
• Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development, etc

Requirement:

• U graduate in Business / Marketing
• Over 8 years' solid experience in Sales & Marketing in FMCG industry.  Candidate of more working experience would be considered as Head of Marketing
• In depth knowledge and understanding of the field’s regulation, concepts, practices, and procedures
• A team leader with good leadership, coaching and excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, self-motivated, detail-minded, patient and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English and Chinese, Putonghua is an asset
