Job Summary:

Responsible for working alongside managers and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the goal of eventually becoming an assistant manager if performance is up to requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Work with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization
• Work in different departments to gain perspective, including marketing, sales, purchasing, merchandising, accounting and human resources departments
• Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability
• To analyze sales, profit and inventory activity
• Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations
• The opportunity exists for overseas training and extensive training in branded watches, jewellery and gold will be offered

Working location: Central

Requirements:

• Excellent written English and Chinese, and fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Strong business analytical ability
• Strong self-motivation and drive to achieve excellence
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Capable of serving as a role model for displaying openness, teamwork and integrity
• Candidates with No Relevant Experience but with strong passion towards the retail industry are welcome
