Our client, a well-known Japanese manufacturer, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Manager - CS Dept. (Ref: #35587)

Job Descriptions:

• Monitor and motivate team members to provide quality service to customers & handle their complaints.
• Manage new & existing projects of operations
• Cooperate with various departments smoothly for providing delivery service to customers according to their expectation.
• Prepare management report for management review.
• Cooperate with internal departments to ensure quality assurance and control during planning and implementation.
• Interacts with customers and build strong relationships across various levels and disciplines within the portfolio of accounts.
• Responsible for resolving regular and irregular requests from customers cross functionally
• Conducts customer meetings and business reviews regularly

Requirements:

• Degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• At least 5 years relevant working experience, with at least 2 years managerial experience.
• Conversational level in spoken & written English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and aggressive, Mature, strong leadership and high responsibilities.
