The candidate will manage the operations of the manufacturing of the company in China. To be qualified for the assignment, the candidate should have the following elements: 

• Degree in Engineering or related Disciplines
• Over 15 years of experience in related to Manufacturing Operations with Management level in a sizable company
• Candidates with working experience in Electronic Manufacturing Industries especially in large enterprises, world class EMS companies or Hong Kong listed companies will have extra credit
• Competent in performing manufacturing management, production effectiveness and efficiency, quality management, capacity planning, continual improvement process, LEAN manufacturing, factory automation and other related matters
• Have the proven track records in managing sizable manufacturing operations succesfully
• Equip with good knowledge of latest development and technology in relation to manufacturing and operations management
• Possess good leadership, management, people, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Have strong determination and persistence to achieve the business objectives of the company
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Good understanding of the business and people cultures of PRC
• Willing to daily travel to or station in Shenzhen of PRC
