Responsibilities:

- Provide professional customer service for pre and post sales on decoration production advices

- Communication well with clients during the idea brainstorming, pre and post event period

- Work with the team to create an event that people and you will love.

- Work with sale, marketing and design teams in planning and executing design and production strategies

Requirements:

- 5 years or above solid experience in event coordination and production.

- Project Management, project budgeting and coordinate the works of the designers and contractors, etc.

- Familiar with the usage of Lighting, sound & AV systems is required.
- Must be self-motivated, mature and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple and competing deadlines.

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
