Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams to perform gap analysis on the financial information forecast and provide insights and explore cost savings and cashflow opportunity   
• Coordinate the quarter and annual budget forecast on the inventory costing saving
• Assist to work on functional design, current and future state flows, testing approach for any process reengineering initiatives
• Assist on change management for technology initiatives and process transformation
• Prepare and analyze business and financial data such as cashflow, product and inventory cost for planning, forecasting and decision making
• Identify opportunity for Continuous Improvement on process and services
• Handle ad-hoc business requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree - Major Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or other related subjects
• 2 to 5 years relevant experience
• Excellent analytical skills with strong data sense and able to deal with large quantity of data with high accuracy and tight timeline
• Strong communication skills and sense of responsibilities as well as a good team player
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Access & PowerPoint with knowledge in SAP would be a definite advantage
• Knowledge in Supply Chain Management on electronic manufacturing service industry will be a plus
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and proficient in Mandarin

* Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Supply Chain Analyst
