Job Description
Job descriptions:
- Responsible for planning purchasing order schedule based on sales order forecast and stock on hand
- Collect and negotiate on supplier quotations
- Responsible for preparing purchasing orders
- Follow up purchasing orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Perform continuous review on sources and suppliers’ performance
- Prepare purchasing reports for management review and assist in administrative duties assigned
Job requirements:
- Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in procurement sourcing and purchase activities
- Proficient in MS office and SAP
- Good command in both spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
- Possess good analytical problem solving abilities,planning &project management skills, as well as negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility and work independently
