Responsibilities:

• Follow up production projects
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to gather and provide latest information on production status, required materials, quality inspection and delivery schedule…etc
• Identify obstacles, analyze situation and provide possible solutions to problems arising from the projects
• Provide clerical support to the department

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with relevant training in Textile and Clothing or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ working experience in garment manufacturing field
• Production knowledge in garment is a must
• Hands on experience in the preparation of Sample Sheet and Production Sheet is a must
• Attention to details, pro-active, well-organized, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Frequently travel to Zhongshan production plant is required
• Immediate availability is preferred
