Responsibilities:

• Have deep understanding of clients’ needs and proactively select items from existing product range to promote to these clients on weekly basis
• Work with clients to develop design briefs on their pain point/product needs so our NPD department can develop new design solutions for these opportunities
• Identify suitable new items to add to our existing range through study of the market and competition.
• Identify, create and convert at high rate new sales opportunities for target strategic accounts both existing and new.
• Suggest new leads and potential ways to reach them
• Assist in preparing annual budget / action plan to achieve the sales target, and drive sales activities to achieve sales goals
• Stay up to date with product ideas and solutions and work closely with the product development team to continuously strengthen the unique product portfolio.
• Participating in annual marketing and promotions activities such as attending exhibitions, and actively preparing all the necessary materials for sales presentations.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline
• Passion for developing sales leads and converting them
• Passion for developing products
• 5+ years working experience in international sales and new product development.
• Proven business development and account follow up skill  
• Experience in Kitchenware/Housewares products is a huge advantage. Experience and having passion in cooking is definitely a plus.  
• Team player, independent, well-organized, self-motivated, proactive and detail-minded
• Willing to go the extra mile.
• Hardworking, doesn’t mind putting in the extra hours to achieve good result.
• Curious mind with strong business mindset and sales-driven attitude
• Excellent communication and  interpersonal skills; good project management and customer service skills; good presentation skills and strong negotiation skill with clients
• Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.  Knowledge of Chinese or other languages is an advantage but not essential.
• Travel overseas is required from time to time.
• Position will be based in HK.  Holding a valid work permit in Hong Kong is a must.
