Responsibilities:

• Manage the cross-border shipment and customs clearance in PRC and Hong Kong
• Prepare reports and data analysis for management review
• Review logistics workflow and provide recommendations on improving efficiency, accuracy and cost saving continuously
• Process optimization
• Formulate the best practices on departmental operation includes annual budgeting, SOP, quality and supervision system
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as and when required

  Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Logistics, Supply Chain management or related discipline
• 3-5 years relevant working experiences
• Solid understanding of project management with proven successful experience in multiple logistics projects
• Excellent data analysis, reporting and presentation skill, attention to detail
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast pace environment
• Hands-on experience in ERP systems
• Knowledge on lean and Six Sigma is a plus
• Frequent travel in Guangdong province
