• Assist Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) to develop and maintain documentation of quality management system including system manuals, standard operation procedures (SOP), standard sanitation operation procedures (SSOP), work instructions and training materials, etc.
• Implement and review the food safety and quality assurance programme
• Work and communicate frequently with other parties e.g. marketing, purchasing, production, engineering, etc. on trouble shooting and quality improvement
• Daily review and check on the records from different departments and QC at various stages in the whole production process including raw material receiving to finished products release
• Conduct inhouse hygiene monitoring and training
• Assist in follow up food safety and quality complaint
• Keep on data analysis and continuous improvement and report to QAM
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in food manufacturing industry
• Sound knowledge on HACCP, ISO22000, BSI and other relevant quality management systems.
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Self-motivated, independent and well-organized with good analytical skills
• Working location mainly in China(中國惠陽)
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Quality Assurance Officer
