Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the day to day allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials and system) in order to efficiently, safely and cost effectively to achieve departmental objectives.
• Ensure that a high quality of industrial resources supplying, services, and housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained and improved in the utility area.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to meet current and future production requirements
• Facilitate the development of action plans to address root causes of failures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Modification and small project follow up.
• Understand factory compliance and local regulation, apply them fairly and consistently.
• Comply with SHE & QMS requirement
• Data collection and analysis

• Graduates from Science/ Engineering Discipline;
• Mature, Self Motivate & energetic;
• A good team player with flexibility and leadership skills;
• Passionate and strike on succeed and result oriented;
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Sound of understanding:
• Ammonia & other utilities equipment
• Contractor management
• Health & Safety, Quality and Hygiene legislation
• Awareness of ISO 14k, 18k, 22k
• Cost awareness of operation
• Multi-tasking and delegation
• Effective communication
• Data collection and analysis
