Responsibilities:

• To perform day-to-day operations of all document processing including input data, checking and document scanning

• To assist in developing, implementing and maintaining the documentation system, including the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other production documents

• To ensure and maintain the adequate and accurate records for controlling and monitoring conformity to specified GMP and statutory requirements

• To assist in performing material component sourcing and price negotiation

• To make purchasing plan for production materials based on production schedule and issue purchase order invoice

• Responsible for handling purchase order requisitions, inventory control and monitor the overall inventory level

• To issue the purchase order, follow up orders in very clear details, keep good communication with suppliers and update the status reports regularly

• To perform the daily operation and ad-hoc functions of Production Department

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Pharmacy, Chemistry / Biology or other Science related discipline

• Relevant knowledge / experience of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage

• Strong in reconciliation skills and work with data

• Proficient in MS Office applications, ie. Word, Execl and Chinese Word Processing

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)

• Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime

• Positive thinking and proactive, fast learner; as a good team player

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Production Clerk

• Immediate available is preferred
