Responsibilities

• Help to review print color strike off in mill to make sure color are follow to meet buyer’s expectation
• Ensure mill’s are fully understand color layout and identify the correct printing route to be used
• Work with merchandiser/PD on print artwork requirement. Make sure correct color standard to be arranged to proceed print strike-off.  
• Work with fabric mill’s tech on the print artwork requirement. Ensure mill are fully understand details of artwork to be executed.
• Follow up strike off, lab dips ready date. provide approval check list to merchandiser weekly
• Review print strike off with mill and re-work improvement if needed. Make comments / approval on all print strike off and lab dips.
• Communicate with mill, factory and HK merchandiser daily on strike off status.
• Risk assess on any artwork that potentially have problem in production.

Requirement

• Knowledge in print color and with technical background in print mill
• Familiar with Childrenswear product
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive, responsible and energetic, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
• Frequent Travel to China Factories is required
