Job Descriptions:

1. Email / Phone communication with clients for purchase orders.
2. Translate / Transfer order details to China factory for production.
3. Responsible for monitoring on production status and report delay to senior supervisor.
4. Arrange shipment for completed products.
5. Prepare clerical documents including sales invoices, delivery notes, etc.
6. Provide feedback from clients to production team on quality control issues.
7. Response to clients’ comments and follow up accordingly.
8. Ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements:

1. F.7 or above, degree holder is highly preferable.
2. Fresh grad is welcome.
3. Good command of spoken English and Mandarin.
4. Proficient in PC applications, especially Microsoft Excel. Chinese and English Word Processing is mandatory.
5. Day trip to factory in Dong-Guan for production follow-up occasionally.
6. Stable, Well-organized, Detail-oriented, with Good communication skills’ team player is needed.
7. Immediately available.
