Job Description
Responsibilities:

Prepare materials requests and Purchase orders

Coordinate with factories to ensure timely delivery schedules

Maintain and up-dated master records

Liaise with internal departments for delivery arrangements

Assist Team Manager on daily routine duties
Requirements:

3 years relevant working experience

Detail-minded, well-organized and good team spirit
-
Proficiency in Excel and Word and Chinese word processing

Can communicate in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Immediate available is an advantage

Familiar with ERP system
