Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate B2B end to end process for Havaianas’ distributors in the region, from order entry to after sales support.
- Lead interactions with HQ internal areas (production, logistics, quality, product and finance) in order to provide visibility of regional priorities and ensure results.
- Work closely with account managers to identify sales opportunities, increase efficiency and guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Support global team with inputs of the regional needs.
- Contribute to processes’ review and improvements.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must have experience in B2B/sales administrative processes (nice to have supply planning experience).
- Knowledge in export/import procedures is mandatory.
- Experience in process improvements.
- Analytical, organized, detail oriented, committed and proactive profile.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Portuguese is desirable.
- Advanced Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table).
- Previous SAP experience is desirable.
