Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor, arrange and coordinate the preparation and signing of tenancy agreement, and work closely with Legal Department and Property Department on consulting professional advice
• Arrange rent, management fee and other advance payment for shops
• Handling general enquiries from shops for operating related matters
• Liaise with banks for provision of banking and credit card services to shops
• Keep updating the bank mandate and assist in filling the bank forms
• Provide administrative supports in Finance Department
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 2 years working experience, preferably in retail industry
• With basic knowledge on reviewing tenancy agreement
• An organized person with good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
