Key Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings (ie. Line Reviews/Tear Downs; Commercialization Tracking Report Meetings; Die Cut Trials; Bulk Random Fit Sessions) with business partners to ensure risk assessment and mitigation factors are achieved in a proactive manner
• Escalate technical issues to business partners to ensure proactive  and clear resolution which does not compromise quality and minimizes impact to delivery date
• Drive and implement a globally aligned process that validates our vendors and factories operate efficient, safe and ethical factory environments, producing safe and high quality products
• Oversight of ongoing production line findings and fit concerns with an ability to articulate these back to the cross functional teams with a point of view; solution and/or recommendation
• Partner with QA Leadership to set appropriate and actionable  departmental goals and deliver to team to follow and monitor performance accordingly 
• Actively coach and mentor QA team to ensure appropriate business relationships across the organization and market, including RL code of conduct

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Substantial knowledge of:  Trade regulations; testing protocols; product integrity; production cycle timeline, raw material; product construction and quality assurance processes for Luxury, Bridge and Moderate Brands – Footwear and Accessories
• Strong reputation for professional integrity, seasoned business judgement and objectivity

Qualification and Working Experience

• 4 Year Bachelor’s Degree required 
• 10-15 years relevant experience in product manufacturing, engineering and quality assurance management
