Job Description:

• Serve as the in-house Lawyer in Legal Department.
• Draft & review various commercial documents, agreements and contracts.
• Dispute resolution, debt collection, litigation / court or arbitration proceedings.
• Give legal advice & support to business units in the company, update the management and head of units in the latest legal issues, ensure the smooth business running and protect the company from potential legal risk.
• Review and develop internal policies in line with the law & regulations, enhance internal control and governance.
• Give training to employee including legal, compliance, anti-corruption matter.
• Other ad-hoc assignments assigned by management

Requirements:

• Hong Kong qualified.
• 1-2 year post qualification experience with focus in Financial field.
• Basic company secretarial knowledge.
• Initiative and independent, strong drafting and communication skills.
• Good command of written and oral English and Chinese, Mandarin is essential.
• Knowledge of Global laws is an advantage (but not essential).
