Branch Manager

Our client, a well-known banking company in Hong Kong, is looking for a high calibre to join the group.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
• Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
• Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed

Requirements

• University graduate;
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in banking sector
• Sound knowledge in branch operation;
• Good understanding of relevant banking operations, controls and accounting;
• A team player with good interpersonal skills and risk awareness
• Good communication and analytical skills, strong leadership ability and high sense of responsibility
• Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
