Job Description
Responsibilities
- Contact customers by telephone to remind payment
- Handle referral cases from Customer Services
- Perform skip tracing for the unlocated customers
- Recommend loan restructuring for customers with financial difficulties
- Follow up customer's requests such as waiver or update of customer's information
Requirements
- DSE or above with minimum 3 year experience in credit card collection
- Customer oriented, good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic PC skills
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Fluent in Putonghua
