We are a boutique fund house firm.  In support of our growing business, we are looking for someone who is interested in taking the role of Responsible Officer.

Responsibilities: 

•  Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 4/9 regulated activities
•  Supervise and manage daily operations to ensure full regulatory compliance
•  Comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and standard of good market practices

Requirements:  

•  Current holder or qualified to be SFC Responsible Officer with Type 4 & Type 9
•  Bachelor degree or above in Finance/ Business or related disciplines preferred
•  Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
•  Type 9 RA experienced Licensed Rep will also be considered
