Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Primary Market Information team in managing the day-to-day operations regarding electronic disclosure of issuer information and trading arrangements stemming from issuers’ corporate actions

• Identify, analyze and define business requirements arising from system enhancements, and liaise with other stakeholders and work with IT and/or vendor on functional specifications and user acceptance test

• Prepare research and analysis for project and policy initiatives

• Support management in other ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Finance / Economics / Business Administration or related disciplines

• At least 6 years’ relevant experience, of which at least 2 years at management level, preferably in well-established financial organisations

• Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and securities market operations

• Knowledge of the Listing Rules and other local regulatory requirements an advantage

• Analytical with good managerial, problem-solving and presentation skills

• Conversant with Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Excel Macro and VBA an advantage

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is essential

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Associate
