Key Responsibilities:

• Process account opening, including but not limited to individuals, corporate clients and professional investors
• Review customer related documents for completeness and regulatory compliance
• Carry out KYC and AML checking, handle clients’ enquiries and requests
• Maintain client’s master file and record filing
• Ad hoc task as assigned by the supervisor
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Management or Finance related discipline
• Minimum 2-4 years’ relevant experience (customer service experience gained in securities industry and knowledge on related SFC requirements an advantage)
• Familiar with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attentive to details, be able to work under pressure and independently
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin; knowledge of Simplified Chinese a plus
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered as “Junior Associate”
