RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and manage a range of marketing initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns to help delivering sales targets and meet business objectives
• Work closely with product offer marketing and sales teams to drive various go-to-market program, promotion and growth initiatives of different sales channels
• Support sales teams in recruitment, qualification, engagement and retention of various types of partners (including distributors, panel builders, systems integrators and contractors)
• Formulate commercial policy, segmentation, cross-selling and go-to-market strategies, enabling sales efficiency and performance
• Analysis of the market, channel evolution and competition. Produce and maintain various sales reports and channel performance dashboard. Develop and manage marketing budgets for the department
• Drive or support channel transformation projects decided by the management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 8 years solid experience in marketing
• Good understanding of the industry and channels
• Excellent Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and interpersonal skill
• Well-organized, self motivated with a strong sense of determination
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
