Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the assigned food category
• Monitor product life cycle, conduct market research and data analysis
• Plan and prepare timeline and implementation activities for product development project
• Monitor project progress and work closely with functional team so as to ensure the project to be completed on schedule
• Perform ad hoc assignment as and when required

Requirements        

• Degree in Food Science or related discipline
• 5 years work experience in food industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and can be able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC application and MS Office
