Responsibilities:

• Assist Fund Raising Committee to execute fundraising events and activities
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and other written materials to promote the events
• Coordinate with sponsors, donors, government departments in connection with specific events
• Act as a key coordinator on the event day to ensure a smooth operation and execution of all activities
• Assist in the development and maintenance of statistics, records and analysis of each event

The successful candidate SHOULD have the following qualifications:

• Tertiary education or above
• At least 1 year working experience, with event management experience is a definite advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese input
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to handle multi-dimensional task with tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work independently

We operate on a 5.5 days work week with at least one Sat-Off per month. We offer an attractive salary and fringe benefits to the successful candidate.
