The Jobs description:

• Assisting in budget calculation, prepare business summaries, reports and presentation material
• Market research and provide information to the team members
• Ensuring efficient internal & external communication with both internal and external parties
• Planning travel arrangements and preparing for business and social events for all team members independently
• Participating in ad hoc projects and other special assignments
• Ensure quotation / contract / tender is completed and submitted on time.
• Coordinate with clients and site supervisor
• Site visit to construction site to obtain project requirement
• Work with Team members to understand the client requirements/expectation.
• Prepared production plan and execution
• Work with factories and contractor to meet customer’s specification for pricing.
• Understand the project requirements/expectation from the remote market manager and work closely with the Bid & Design team to finalize the drawings and proposals.

Requirements:

• University graduated or with above academic qualifications
• With 2 years commercial Design & Event experience, preferably in Design industry
• Proficiency in Power point, MS Office, Chinese & English word processing
• Willing to work overtime, dedicated, meticulous and a detail personality
• Ability to work independently and as a good team player
• Well Organized, presentable and with good ability to liaise among the company, internal staff and clients
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-minded, confident and dynamic character
• Strong communication skills, Out-going, energetic, hardworking, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Strong business sense and the ability to perform multi-tasking
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin             
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
